Pet Cremation at Companions

We are a small family business of animal lovers.

Companions Pet Cremations truly believe that a house is not a home without a furry friend. We understand the grief and heartache of losing a pet family member and have built our business to help provide a special and memorable farewell for your loved ones.

The concept of a pet cremation was introduced to us in 2014 when we lost a treasured family companion. Our local vet suggested cremation as an option to Graham, the Dog father of Companions PCS Ltd.

The service available then did not guarantee an individual cremation, it wasn’t local and it didn’t feel like a cherished departure for our beloved friend.

When Indie left us in 2019 we researched the cremation option again and despite a significant increase of services in this market, we could not find an appropriate, local offering in the South Midlands. In 2021 we have decided to remedy that.

We are here to help during this difficult time for your family with our thoughtful and dignified individual pet cremation service. We know how important it is to give our companions a meaningful and respectful send off and we can be trusted to help you achieve this.

Companions Pet Cremations are also proud supporters of Hollytrees Animal Rescue Trust, our local animal rescue shelter who have been involved with the care and welfare of animals throughouth the West Midlands for over thirty five years.

Sustainability

We are passionate about our planet and actively take steps to minimise our carbon footprint where ever possible. From recycled and biodegradable materials in our packaging and memorabilia products to high quality PPE which is reusable, rather than single use alternatives.

Every companion is returned with a wild flower seed bag, which we encourage our clients to use to create a beautiful space in which to cherish the memories of their loved one.

Our DEFRA approved, LPG powered furnace produces up to 50% less CO2 than diesel, 82% less Nitrogen Oxide pollutants and 63% less Carbon Monoxide making it one of the most efficient ways to carry out our services.
